    It is a process that identifies potential failures with assets and other areas of business.

  3. Root Cause Analysis

    It is a systematic process of identifying the origin of an incident.

  4. Lean Six Sigma

    It is a process that aims to systematically eliminate waste and reduce variation.

  5. SCADA

    It is a computer control system that is used to monitor and control plant processes.

  6. Maintenance Log

    An equipment maintenance log is a document that records activities that have been performed on an asset.

  7. O&M Manual(Operation and Maintenance Manual)

    It is a comprehensive document that provides all the details necessary about a physical plant as well as individual pieces of equipment to help the maintenance staff keep everything running smoothly.

My Self-Assessed Skill Score: 6/10

Reason:

Doesn't have any industrial experience. Only cultivated the soft skills in Academia. Also due to the term project, it doesn't have any phases. So the experience for things like version controlling, cost estimation, user complaints or the scheduled modification/updates never came. Also the tools and softwares used for it are based on the industry type which are taught in training sessions. Got only the theoretical knowledge about this.
