Role of Academia or Industry in Cultivating the Skill

  1. Academics teaches us the required topics related to requirements and projects done in academics are in small scale and doesn’t involve every stakeholder but deals with honing of the skill for better results
  2. In the Industry, there's a bigger picture and different people were assigned different tasks, helps in reviewing and an entire organization is built upon it. Risk factor is seen, and budget is taken into consideration. If needed,workshops will be conducted prior to the start date of the project.

Reason:

Dealt with only academic projects and also I haven't got any industrial experience. keeping in mind the consequences of requirements elicitated wrongly or effects of after phases like requirements analysis or design I rate myself moderate and I insist myself on im proving the skillset by gaining industrial experience.
